In the source world of the IP Agents of Mayhem (video games), a product never released is called “vaporware”. In the boardgame world, there really isn’t a term for this, but the solo module for the tabletop version of Agents of Mayhem nearly made it happen (Athenaware perhaps)?

But just in time for Origins 2024, after many years of false starts and falser promises, Academy Games has managed to finally release the solo/coop expansion “Athena” AI for the game. Unfortunately as of right now, the rulebook is still MIA — hopefully by the time this gets into the hands of backers and buyers, the rulebook (download only) will be available.

UPDATE: Academy Games released an UPDATED 24c version of the rulebook on their DropBox site, however that was not formatted for printing. I took that file and organized the pages in Acrobat to make it print a single page to a single page for easier use. You can find that file here.
